I only know two places for the Big Echo - this one in Asoke and another branch in Wittayu (Wireless Road). I'm sure there are karaoke shops around Pratunam, but I dunno any... I've been to other karaoke shops, but this one in Asoke is my absolute fave - HUGE database of songs (and not just the ancient ones~!!) in different languages, yummy food, lotsss of various kinds of alcohol (what can I say... some people need to get drunk first before they can croon~!!) PLUS straight-faced workers who don't show ANY emotions when they enter your room when they bring your order~!! (This is verrry important for many people's singing confidence~!! HAHAHAHAAAAA~~~).

I've never been to a karaoke bar either... I only go to karaoke where they give you PRIVATE rooms so only your CLOSEST, MOST TRUSTED friends can hear you croon. Karaoke bars are waaay too intimidating, since EVERYBODY can hear you croak... Too stressful~!! Karaoke should be a way to unwind and relax~!! Heh heh~!!
